The Colchester Garrison contract involved supply and installation of approximately 8km of combined Potable Water and Gas, Polyethylene pipe with sizes ranging from 32mm to 355mm.
We were initially awarded the North section of this contract for Lagan Keltbray. As a result of our performance on this section, we were subsequently awarded the South section for Careys, West section for Jackson and the remaining works for Bam Construction.
Both Water and Gas pipelines were completed to the point of supply, including all testing and commissioning. We were also entrusted with the installation of the cable ducting and draw pit construction on Secure, LV, HV and Red routes.
This was a very successful multilay contract for both us and our clients, with on time delivery of quality networks and infrastructure.
The scale of the overall project certainly established us as a dependable utility contractor, capable of safely delivering a quality product and resulted in the award of numerous further contracts nationwide.
